Comparisons between S4 values measured on December 27 and 28, 2021 by the ScintPi 3.0 and Septentrio PolaRx5S. These monitors were collocated in Presidente Prudente, Brazil. Comparisons for L1 (~ 1.6 GHz) signals are shown in panels (a1) and (b1), while comparisons for L2 signals (~ 1.2 GHz) are shown in panels (a2) and (b2). Each panel shows the coefficient of linear correlation (\(r\)), the average value (\(\mu =\langle {S}_{4,Sci}-{S}_{4,Sep}\rangle\)) and standard deviation (\(\sigma\)) of ScintPi 3.0 S4 values with respect to Septentrio S4 values
