Map of a bootstrapped, averaged slip distribution. Figure properties follow those of Fig. 2. Panel (a) shows the source time function of each bootstrap solution. In (b), we show the average slip distribution of all 116 inversions. The starting model is the updated USGS NEIC model from Fig. 2(d). In (c), we show the standard deviation of each subfault as a percentage of subfault slip from the average model (SD%), to quantify the resolution of the inversion. Where SD% is low, we expect higher resolution.
