Data flow and capacity-building/outreach of the IUGONET. The observational data are archived in each institutional database, and the metadata database and analysis software (UDAS) are developed. Some educational activities are performed in this development part of the IUGONET. These developed products are used for the international STP research community, including those in developing countries.
