Analytic formulae for low i (gray dotted curves), given by Equations (11) to (13), and those for high i (gray dashed curves), given by Equations (30) to (32), are in good agreement with the results of orbital integration (open circles) for i≪H/a and i≫H/a, respectively. The combined formulae (solid curves), given by Equations (30) to (38), represent within a factor of 1.5.
