An example of coefficient values for the input, inside tangentially geostrophic ambiguous patches, the complementary outside region and the summed coefficients of the decomposition for the Shannon number of the inverted satellite data. The input and summed values are exactly the same for each coefficient, but there are some coefficients which separate into much larger absolute values than their corresponding input
