The height of the cup can be adjusted with a cup-height adjusting screw. b. A metal cup of < 3 mm diameter can be installed. c. The pelletized sample was dropped off from the Cu disk by pushing it forward with the sample-pushing needle (made of stainless-steel), and then the metal cup was closed by pressing it with the cup-sealing plate
