Workflow of the proposed method SfM–MVS is applied to the visible images to generate DEM. Exterior parameters are estimated in the SfM–MVS at the same time. The TIR images are orthorectified using the DEM and exterior parameters. Through orthorectification, the viewing distance and angle can be obtained for each pixel. These parameters are used to perform a pixelwise correction of the TIR images
