Source time function normalized by total seismic moment for each model. Model B2 represents the same condition as Model B, except for a stress excess of 5 MPa instead of 6 MPa. The magnitudes obtained are all 8.5 except for Model B for which it is 8.6. For reference, the broken line represents the trend obtained by kinematic teleseismic inversion of the Tohoku Earthquake (Ide et al., 2011).
