Relation between acceleration energy of electrons (Eeacc) and deceleration energy of protons (Eidec) over magnetic anomalies. Thirteen examples were obtained on 23 April 2009 when the perilune altitude of Kaguya was 25 km over the South Pole Aitken region on the dayside of the Moon. The regression line on the figure is Eidec = 0.98Eeacc. The correlation coefficient is 0.965.
