Waveforms were band-pass filtered between 0.005 and 0.04 Hz, with a sampling rate of 2 Hz. The station code, maximum amplitudes, azimuth, and distance from the epicenter are indicated for each waveform. The figure was generated with Generic Mapping Tools (Wessel and Smith 1998)
