Dark noise versus detector temperature of IR2. Dark measurements were taken on October 26, 2010, on February 28, 2011, and during May 10–24, 2016. The data are referenced to the measurement on May 22, 2016 (with the detector at 61.85 K), adjusted to 2300 electrons, the expected value according to Richardson’s equation. The solid curve is the theoretical value for the barrier height of 0.1985 eV
