When calculating the level, the first 30 data are not considered for the oscillations that occur at the beginning of the b-splines curves. The red vertical line marks the 28th of June 2011. In c, data are corresponded with 18 days after this date, i.e., July 16, the curve crosses the horizontal line that marks the minimum level. In this moment the introduced method could activate a warning system. Since the beginning of seismicity is established the 29th of July 2011, the method could activate the warning system approximately 13 days before this moment
