From: Temporal change in seismic wave attenuation using highly stable vibration sources
Maximum acceleration and maximum velocity at four earthquakes with relatively large ground motion. The maximum acceleration and velocity were calculated by averaging of maximum amplitude of acceleration and velocity waveforms at four accelerometers in the Awaji Island, respectively. The velocity waveform was calculated from acceleration using a high-pass filter with a cut-off frequency of 0.1Â Hz. \(\Delta\) and D in the last lines in captions of each earthquake indicates epicenter distance and depth of the earthquake, respectively
