The GPS-TEC variation at, from top to bottom, Kokee Park, Kauai Is. (PRN29), Mauna Kea, Hawaii Is. (PRN 29), Samoa (PRN23) and Samoa (PRN18). Note that the scale is different between the upper two panels and the lower two panels. Although the amplitude at Samoa (PRN = 18) is more than 10 times larger than that of PRN = 29 observed at Kokee Park, a variation with similar shape, i.e., two peaks, appears with time-lag about 8.5 min. The TEC amplitude observed at MKEA is smaller than that observed at KOKV
