Examples of the recorded sections for the onshore explosive sources: (a) SP1, (b) SP2, (c) SP3, (d) SP4, (e) SP5, (f) SP6, (g) SP7, (h) SP8, and (i) SP9. Each trace was digitally bandpass filtered (4–20 Hz) to suppress ground noise and normalized by its maximum amplitude. Reduction velocity was taken to be 6.0 km/s. Red and blue circles indicate the observed and calculated travel-times, respectively. The locations of the controlled explosive sources are shown in Fig. 2
