Triaxial induction coil calibration results. The frequency response of the coil is calculated using the data logger. The flat bandwidth is from approximately 1 Hz to 10 kHz, and the sensitivity is 100 mV/nT. The sensitivity homogeneity errors among the three induction coils are 1.0, 1.2, and 1.3%, and the phase mean square deviations are 2.1, 2.5, and 2.3%
